Port Melbourne office complex - building concept design, complete interior design and construction implementation of a 5,000 sq m custom designed office building & attached 7,000 sq. m warehouse facility for a leading international multi brand 'Action Sports' clothing & footwear label. The facility includes 15 retail showrooms, state of the art function rooms, frequent flyer lounge, screening & film production editing facilities, and an office space for 200 staff.
